"Billing was actually clear"
I’ll admit I was expecting some random extra charges to show up, but everything was laid out upfront. No surprises on the bill, so I can’t really complain.

"I finished the course hoping it would..."
I finished the course hoping it would help open up better job opportunities, but i haven’t seen much of a difference in my leads so far. To be fair, it might work better for someone in a different situation or with more experience to build on, but for me personally, it didn’t really help my career the way I expected.

"Course content felt weak"
The course material felt super outdated and kind of thrown together. A lot of it was just reading, with barely any clear explanation or guidance. For the price, I really expected a lot better. I finished it feeling like I didn’t actually learn all that much.

"I was disappointed with the..."
I was disappointed with the live classes. Some of the instructors clearly knew what they were talking about, but the sessions still felt like they dragged on, and getting questions answered took way longer than I expected. Maybe I just had higher expectations, but for the price, I thought the classes would be more organized and have fewer tech issues. I can’t be the only one who felt that way, right?

"Signing up on The American College..."
Signing up on The American College of Financial Services wasn’t terrible, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Some parts were straightforward, and I was able to get through it without asking for much help, so I’ll give them that.

The annoying part was that a few pages were slow, and I had to keep double-checking my info because the process felt a little carelessly handled. It did work in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth or easy.

"I went into this thinking I..."
I went into this thinking I had a decent handle on things, and then the workload hit like a plot twist. It’s a good program overall, but wow, it got heavy way faster than I expected. Definitely not impossible, but be ready to put in the time.

"I used the study material from theamericancollege.edu while..."
I used the study material from theamericancollege.edu while I was trying to get into a better study routine, mostly at night after work with coffee that I probably didn’t need. It was helpful in some places, and the main topics were covered, so it gave me a decent idea of what I should expect.
Some chapters were clear and easy enough to follow, but others felt dry and took me longer to get through than I expected. I kept finding myself wishing there were more basic examples or practice questions, especially for the sections where the wording got a little heavy.
Overall, it did the job, but I still ended up using my own notes and a few other resources to feel more prepared. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not quite as useful or complete as I was hoping it would be...

"Good value, but the waiting got old"
I needed to get my continuing ed credits done, and overall this was a good value. The lessons were clear enough, didn’t have a ton of extra fluff, and I was able to finish without much trouble. My only real frustration was the waiting at certain points, it felt like I was just sitting around longer than necessary. Still, it got the job done and was worth it for the price.

"I ran into an issue with getting access..."
I ran into an issue with getting access to my course and thought it was going to turn into a whole thing. I sent a message to support, and they got back to me the same day. They kept it simple, told me exactly what I needed to do, and got everything fixed quickly. It made starting class feel a lot less stressful.

"Takes longer than I expected"

"Decent for the price, but a bit slow"
The self-paced format was okay overall, and I liked being able to go through it on my own schedule. That said, some parts felt kind of slow and dragged a bit. It’s not bad, but I feel like it could’ve offered better value if the pacing was tighter...

I liked the classes a lot overall. The instructors I had really knew their stuff and were good at breaking down the harder topics so they actually made sense. The online setup was a little clunky in a few spots, like it didn’t always feel super smooth to use, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker or anythign. I still got a lot out of it and would give it a solid 4 stars.

"Fits easily around my work schedule"
I assumed the classes would be hard to fit in with work, but they’ve actually been really flexible. It’s been easy to find times that work for me, which makes it much less stressful to keep up with.

"Wish I’d used something else to study"
I spent time going through their prep material, but when exam day came, I still felt unprepared. Looking back, I kind of regret relying on it as much as I did.

"Trying to Use the Online Portal Was Way More Frustrating Than It Should Be"
I kept thinking, “Okay, this should only take a few minutes,” and then somehow the website made every step feel harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading slowly, the menus weren’t very clear, and I got logged out right in the middle of trying to finish things, which was super annoying. The whole portal just feels outdated and kind of clunky. Since students have to use it so often, I really wish it were smoother and easier to navigate. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

"Pretty expensive for what it offered"
The tuition felt really steep to me, especially once I started looking at the little things that were included. For what I paid, I just didn’t feel like I was getting enough value back, and that made it hard to justify the cost

"Pretty smooth enrollment overall"
Enrollment was easy overall. It took a little bit of time to get through everything, but nothing was confusing or frustrating. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a straightforward process.

"Didn’t really seem that credible"
It just didn’t feel all that legit to me. The designation sounded like it should mean something, but when I actually looked at it, it felt kinda empty and not very useful. Maybe I’m missing something, but it didn’t really give me much confidence

The advising experience was frustrating. Replies took a while, and when I did get answers, the guidance felt kind of vague. It also had this feeling like there wasn’t really a real person on the other end, which made it harder to feel supported

"Login kept glitching when I needed it to work"
I was trying to log in and felt pressured because I needed to get in quickly, but the website kept glitching. Pages kept timing out, and I had to keep trying again, which was really frustrating.
